By accessing or using the EnCBAM portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

EnCBAM provides a portal for calculating and reporting emissions data in compliance with the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) regulations.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any data entered into the portal. EnCarbonSys is not liable for regulatory penalties resulting from incorrect data entry or misuse of the generated reports.

3. Subscription & Payments

Access to certain features (Pro and Admin) requires a valid subscription. Payments are processed via external providers, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for 100% calculation accuracy based on latest EU methodologies, the user is responsible for final verification of all generated reports before submission to regulatory authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content within the EnCBAM portal are the property of EnCarbonSys and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

EnCarbonSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
